The Terra restaurant is born of various influences rooted in the life of
our Chef, Pere Venturós.
For him, Terra has a very familiar significance, since his grandfather originally used “La Terra (land)’’ to refer to a small family farm in Berguedà County, Catalonia, Spain. Fruits and vegetables were grown there or even horses were established.
“La Terra” is for the Chef one of his favourite places of reflection, getaway and more. It defines it as the name itself indicates it, a piece of land, of emotion.
This same tune is the one that wants to give the restaurant Terra. A project of illusion, personal and professional thrust. Wanting to follow one of the great referents of Berga city and the Berguedà as was the restaurant Sala. Directed by
the family Sala-Márquez, recognized in Catalonia and referents of the
mushroom cuisine.
To Terra to carry out this project of personal and professional push, is accompanied by a great team that works in the same direction: Try with all the strength to live in the Berguedà, to work their products and to be able to do in the county that has seen them born and grow, what Chef and his team like.
